Service Overview

OF-V provides a non-custodial Ethereum payment tracking service. Users can:

• Enter their own Ethereum wallet address to receive payments directly.
• Monitor transactions in real time.
• Match payments with orders using our secure backend tools.
• Integrate with WebSocket and JWT for fast, secure access.
• Important: OF-V never accesses, stores, or controls your wallet or private keys. You retain full custody of your funds at all times.

Eligibility

To use OF-V, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in Tallinn, Estonia.
• Have full power and authority to accept these terms.
• Not be located in, or be a citizen of, a sanctioned country.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use OF-V for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:

• Illegal drug sales(including prescription drug abuse).
• Gambling, including licensed and unlicensed platforms.
• Adult or pornographic content.
• Weapons or explosives.
• Fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Violating sanctions or export control laws.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Account Security

If you integrate with OF-V using JWT or WebSocket connections:

• You are responsible for keeping your ag_id, secret, and JWT keys secure.
• You must prevent unauthorized access to your systems and usage of our platform.

Service Availability

OF-V strives for high uptime, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
• Suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Fees and Payments

OF-V charges service fees based on your usage tier:

• Individuals: 2%–6% per transaction, based on volume and confirmation speed.
• Businesses: Custom pricing — contact us for details.

We reserve the right to revise our pricing, with advance notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the OF-V platform are the property of OF-V or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

OF-V charges service fees based on your usage tier:

• Any loss of funds due to wallet misuse or third-party interference
• Downtime or delayed transaction detection
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your wallet and private keys are your responsibility.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OF-V harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our service or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Tallinn, Estonia]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Tallinn, Estonia].

Changes to Terms
